About
Over the past 20 years, I have acquired extensive experience in leveraging the latest technologies and processes to drive large-scale transformational change programs that deliver multimillion-dollar growth across highly competitive industries such as technology and hospitality. This experience – coupled with my strategic leadership and relationship management skills – has enabled me to thrive as a growth-oriented executive coach and workforce development leader with specific expertise in crafting dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and help workforces reach their full potential. A few of my achievements include: ★ Leading the One Team culture initiative in the Hilton DNA team to enable the growth of a startup within the larger enterprise, resulting in Hilton being named Fortune Magazine’s #1 place to work in 2019. ★ Enabling 77% sales growth over four years at Comcast (including 15% YOY growth for retail stores) by executing a learning strategy that resulted in a complete transformation of the customer experience. ★ Creating the first-ever system for assessing leadership talent at Comcast by building a talent strategy for the five distinct regions, aligning initiatives with business objectives, and closing the frontline leadership gap. ★ Driving the culture integration of HR teams under the Bell Atlantic-NYNEX and NYNEC-GE mergers that created Verizon, including integration of benefits, compensation, and talent acquisition processes. At this present time, I’m seeking to connect with others to continue to grow and learn from in this dynamic field that we are so passionate about. Sincerely, Phillip J. Rhodes
