I am passionate about people development! My interest in learning & development started in undergraduate school when I took my first industrial organizational psychology course. I absolutely love when organizations are intentional about developing employees & the communities they serve. My career in L&D began in 2006 & it was the most fulfilling career decision I ever made. I have 15+ years of experience working in the learning & development arena & I have been blessed to work in different capacities. I have experience planning & implementing initiatives from conception to completion. I am a self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. In addition, I have experience with staffing, budgeting, & managing personnel as well. I am innovative & creative! #EducatorAtHeart Subject Matter Expertise: Curriculum Design/Learning & Development: I provide vision & leadership in defining, creating, & implementing an instructional framework that supports the learning objectives of the various audiences.
