As the Sr. Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at GOJO Industries, the inventors of Purell®, I lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and values. I have over 20 years of experience in advancing DEI initiatives, coaching education, and leadership development in various sectors, including sports, education, and manufacturing. My core competencies include designing and delivering DEI programs, consulting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, fostering an inclusive and equitable organizational culture, and driving business growth and innovation. I am also a Certified Diversity Executive and a scholar-practitioner who teaches and researches on topics related to DEI, professional development, and social networking. I am passionate about creating positive change and empowering others to reach their full potential.
